Hello people, and welcome to our little website. Take a look around, and click on anything that takes your fancy. Stay a while. Put the kettle on and settle in. If you're wondering who on Earth we are, then you should click on the "This is who we are" section. If you want to hear our music, you can find it on our myspace page , or our Last.fm page. If you want to find out when our next gig is, then click on "Latest news and gigs" section. There aren't many gigs coming up because I (Plunkett) am in Australia. Which is a very long way away from Jonas, who is in England. BUT - good news - I (Plunkett) will be coming back to England (where Jonas is) in February (2009) to start work on the next (fourth) album, and to play some more gigs!
Anyway, until then, if you like our music, please listen to it, and play it to your friends, and leave us comments, and tell the world about "this band from England called Jonas and Plunkett". That would be most nice of you.
Bye for now,
Plunkett (and Jonas).
Here's the latest news:
After a fabulous year in Melbourne, I am returning home! With a lot of new songs under my belt. I’m currently in Fiji, having just spent 10 days in a beautiful resort. I’m dropping in on a few friends in the US (LA, Washington, NYC) before arriving back on home soil on 24th Feb 2009. Can’t wait to see you all at a gig soon!Adrian
We’ve just signed a “single song assignment” deal with Respect Music Publishing. They are an independent music publisher with world-wide representation. If you check out their website, you will see that they have quite an impressive roster of songwriters and artists.
They are going to help us get our music “out there”, so thanks to them from us!
Adrian’s daughter, Aubrey, was born on 7th July 2008. Mother (Emma) and child are both well We are all overjoyed. She’s lovely. Just thought you’d like to know…
All the Jonas and Plunkett albums are now available for your perusal on Last.fm. This nifty little site plays songs from any artist and matches them with similar artists, allowing you to discover new music. Clever stuff. They also do something called scrobbling, which is a made-up word.
Come and see what they do.
